As Slexirondryxalon specializes in custom-made blinds and curtains, all products are manufactured to your specific measurements and specifications. Due to their custom nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
If you discover a manufacturing defect or error in your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will inspect the item and, if confirmed as a defect, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
If measurements were taken by our team and result in an incorrect fit, we will remake the item at no charge. If you provided measurements and they are incorrect, remakes will be charged at cost price.
We strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before placing your order. Samples are available for a small fee, which may be credited toward your purchase. This helps ensure you are satisfied with your color and texture choices.
Orders can be cancelled before manufacturing begins. Once production has started, cancellation may incur charges for work completed and materials ordered. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
